Enquires
While other builders and trades may need to work locally on your project, we have the unique ability to combine remote work with strategic site visits for projects outside of our locale. We are accustomed to working with diverse property laws, zoning, and city or county requirements. Our job is to ensure your project meets the necessary criteria before moving on to design approval. Reach out for a no-obligation consultation with us.
The horse community is not confined to one place – neither are our designs.

We do not, however, we work with our clients to search for and vet a general contractor for their project. This is intentional, as it allows us to advocate for you as our client and gives us flexibility to operate remotely if the project is outside our locale.
Phase 1 (concept design) can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, depending on project size, zoning requirements, and communication. Project design from start to finish largely depends on the project size, complexity, and other defining factors. Check out our About Us page for a description of our 3-phase process.
We are located in British Columbia, Canada, but provide our services across North America and Europe. We utilize online video conferencing in addition to in-person property visits.
Our full-service design team is equipped to design all structures and complete master site planning on your property. While equestrian design is our forte, we design for many purposes. Party barns, farm buildings, custom homes, coach houses, garages, and much more make up our portfolio.
We are involved from conception to move-in. Check out our About Us page to read more about our phase 3 (build phase) involvement. We also offer full-service project management. We are here for any questions you may have during the permit, building phase, and anytime afterward.
