Bay Acres Arena

This design features a dressage size arena with a tack up area. As the arena is located in a heavily wooded area, the windows are designed to allow in as much natural light as possible.

This building is also intended to be completely “off the grid”, and as such, the roof allows for solar panels.

One significant challenge to this property was the fact that the arena location needed to be built on a rocky plateau on the side of a mountain. Blasting rock was required in order to fit the structure within the allowable space on the property.
